We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when ordering from SwimSkins. All of our products are made to order, which means every item is created specifically for you. Here’s how our shipping process works.


Processing Time (Made to Order)

Because every item is custom‑made, our production time is:

Up to 20 working days

This timeframe allows us to manufacture your order with care and accuracy. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on:

  • The delivery method you choose

  • The size/weight of your order

  • Your delivery location

There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly displayed before you pay.


Order Tracking

When your order is on its way:

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email

  • Tracking details will be included (where available)

Some lower‑cost delivery options may not include tracking.


Delivery Address

Please double‑check your delivery details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels

  • Re‑delivery may incur additional postage costs


Missed Deliveries

If the courier can’t deliver your parcel:

  • They may leave a card

  • They may attempt redelivery

  • You may need to collect from a local depot

If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — additional postage may apply.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us straight away:
