Design & Artwork Non‑Copying Policy

SwimSkins is committed to producing original, bespoke dryside apparel and visual assets for our partner clubs, counties and events. All designs, artworks, graphics, layouts, colour treatments and garment concepts created by SwimSkins are the intellectual property of SwimSkins (The True Sporting Colours Group Ltd)

To protect the integrity of our creative work and the investment made by our clients, the following policy applies:

1. Ownership of Creative Assets

All design files, artworks, garment templates, lookbooks, mock‑ups and digital visuals produced by SwimSkins remain the exclusive property of SwimSkins (the True Sporting Colours Group Ltd) This includes any concepts developed during the design process, whether or not they proceed to production.

2. Prohibition on Copying or Reproduction

No individual, club, organisation, supplier or third party may copy, reproduce, replicate, adapt, modify or distribute any SwimSkins designs or artworks in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Recreating garments using SwimSkins designs

  • Replicating layouts, graphics, colourways or branding treatments

  • Using SwimSkins lookbook concepts with another supplier

  • Reproducing any digital or printed artwork without written permission

3. Use of Designs for Approved Purposes Only

Clubs and organisations may use SwimSkins designs solely for the purpose of ordering apparel through SwimSkins. Designs may not be transferred to alternative suppliers or used for independent production.

4. Protection of Club Identity

Where SwimSkins develops bespoke artwork incorporating club branding, logos or colours, the final integrated design remains protected under this policy. Clubs retain ownership of their own logos and branding, but not the SwimSkins‑created garment designs that incorporate them.

5. Breach of Policy

Any unauthorised copying, reproduction or use of SwimSkins designs or artworks will be considered a breach of intellectual property rights. SwimSkins reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its creative assets.

6. Permission Requests

If a club or organisation requires use of any SwimSkins artwork outside of standard apparel ordering, written permission must be requested and granted by SwimSkins prior to use.
